Currently, we accept personal and company checks, Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards. Unfortunately, we cannot accept Discover cards at this time. Returned or unpaid checks are subject to a fee as well as collection costs.
Service Agreement
All work performed by Bulletproof Geek technicians is governed by a written service agreement signed by both parties prior to the commencement of services. This agreement supercedes all other agreements, written or oral. This arrangement clearly spells out the rights and responsibilities and protects the interests of both parties. "No Solution, No Hourly Charge" Guarantee
In the unlikely event that one of our technicians is unable to solve your computer problem(s), Bulletproof Geek will waive all hourly charges. Onsite service is subject to a $65.00 dispatch fee that will not be waived.

Your privacy is very important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our practices regarding the way your information is collected and used. This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Bulletproof Geek website. On some pages, you can make information requests and/or register to receive materials by submitting information about yourself and/or your company. We use the information you provide to assist us in fulfilling your needs. We do not share this information with outside parties. We may also use non-identifying information in aggregate form to track the performance and marketing effectiveness of this website. Such data is never tied to personal information.
