Onsite Computer Support
When you need the onsite services of one of our professional technicians, you can rest assured that you won't be taken advantage of. In addition to our "No Solution, No Pay" program which waives all hourly labor (excluding the $65.00 minimum), our rates provide real value. Standard service rates apply for all service calls originating Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 7:00pm. All other times are subject to our after hours rates.

Carry In Depot Service
For customers who wish to drop off their computers at our office (get directions here), Bulletproof Geek offers even more affordable computer services. We also offer limited courier pickup for those customers wishing to take advantage of our depot rates but not wishing to drive to our office.

Support Contracts

Payment Methods
Currently, we accept personal and company checks, Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards. Unfortunately, we cannot accept Discover cards at this time. Returned or unpaid checks are subject to a fee, as specified in Bulletproof Geek's service agreement.
